Welcome to the Eastern Sierra Spirits and Ale Trail, where the artistry of craft brewing and distilling intertwines with the rugged beauty of the Eastern Sierra, creating a sensory adventure like no other. A collaboration created in 2023, the Trail includes eight establishments from Bishop to Bridgeport along US Highway 395.

While the Eastern Sierra is a mecca for outdoor adventures and activities, the Spirit and Ale Trail is a great inside activity that can be completed any time of year, no matter the season or weather (although all establishments have lovely outdoor seating, too). That being said, it's always a good idea to check weather and road conditions before embarking on this spirited journey.

And of course, drink responsibly. Plan your trail trek with a sober driver or consider breaking up your visits into different days, months, or even years to fully enjoy the experience while prioritizing safety. ABV packs a bigger punch at higher altitudes and it's especially important to stay hydrated.
