FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

Do Yoga in Nature 

Wake up and refresh yourself with Nature Yoga in at the south side of the beautiful Rock Creek Lake near the campground. This unique program teaches about the natural history of the Sierra Nevada while you practice yoga. Follow this event or join up for a stewardship hike afterward. Brought to you by Friends of the Inyo.

Tour a Young Volcano

Friday morning presents a fantastic opportunity for anyone curious about geology of the Mono Basin. Join a naturalist for an interpretive walk walk up a small, young volcano for a Panum Crater Tour. 

Do a Walk-A-Bout in Bridgeport

Food, Drinks a raffle by taking walking tour of Bridgeport Businesses.

See a Shakespeare Play 

The 3rd Annual Mammoth Lakes Shakespeare Festival will present “Hamlet” by William Shakespeare at 7PM at the Woodside at Mammoth.


SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2  

Join a Guided BioBlitz Outing 

Celebrate Mono County's exception Biodiversity and go on a conscious foraging outing on the Lee Vining Creek Trail. Meet at 9am at the Mono Basin Visitor Center.

Fish for Free

Fishing License Fees are waived on this day in Mono County. All regulations still apply and report cards are required. 

Do a Western Night

Kick up your heels on for a fundraising Western night in Bridgeport that includes, dinner, music and a raffle.

Take a Ghost Walk 

Have a ghostly night in Bodie, after hours followed by a free astronomy talk after dark.


SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 3

Get on a Horse

Labor Day Trail Ride - September 2-4, start and end at Rock Creek. This is a leisurely trail ride to the lakes and streams of the East Fork of Rock Creek. Camp at Dorothy Lake provides access to Catherine, Buke, Francis, Deer and Dam Lakes. 

Hoover Lakes Labor Day Special - September 2-5, start and end at Green Creek. Ride to East Lake and enjoy fishing and the secluded wilderness. The Hoover Lakes Basin is known for unique landscape and beautiful lakes.

Daily rides along McGee Canyon - Every day out of McGee Creek Road, Crowley Lake. A gentle loop into the canyon, ride along McGee Creek returning along the Canyon Trail. Stunning panorama views of the surrounding peaks and the White Mountains.

Enter a Bags and Beans Contest

Enter this cornhole tournament that includes a chili cookoff and craft beer at this Bridgeport fundraiser. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes awarded to winners.
