Tamarack Lake Trail is a strenuous and scenic day-long hike in Bridgeport, Ca. Start at 7,100 feet at Lower Twin Lake and gain 2,600 feet in four miles (one way). The trail is mostly sun-exposed and ends at Tamarack Lake,which is filled with Golden Trout. Anticipate great views of the Bridgeport Valley. Find the trailhead located near Lower Twin Campground.
