California's highest drive-to campground. Camp at 10,000 feet at Saddlebag Lake, the large and very beautiful high alpine body of water that captures the essence of the Yosemite and the Eastern Sierra. The 20 sites are first-come, first-served. This location is just outside the eastern border of Yosemite National Park off Tioga Pass Rd. (Hwy. 120). Surrounded by hiking trails and fishing waters; open in summer and fall.
