The Old School House Museum, located in Hess Park in Lee Vining, displays delightfully old artifacts, photographs, and equipment chronicling the mining and pioneering history of the Mono Basin, Bodie, and Lundy. The museum features a fine collection of Native American baskets, tools, and arrowheads, plus outdoor exhibits of farming and mining equipment. The museum is operated by the Mono Basin Historical Society. Open 10am-4pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm. Closed Tuesdays.
