Yosemite National Park Reservations
PEAK HOUR RESERVATIONS REQUIRED MAY 20 - SEPTEMBER 30, 2022
*Please note: Tioga Pass/SR 120 and the east entrance to Yosemite may or may not be open by May 20, 2022, depending on snow and road clearing. Please visit Caltrans and Yosemite National Park for current road information.
A reservation will be required to drive into Yosemite National Park from May 20 through September 30, 2022 between 6:00am and 4:00pm. The temporary reservation system will help manage congestion and provide a quality visitor experience while numerous key visitor attractions are closed for critical infrastructure repairs.
Only visitors with peak hour reservations, Half Dome or wilderness permits, overnight lodging or camping reservations can enter the park from 6:00am through 4:00pm. The reservation is good for 3 consecutive days beginning with the day of arrival reserved. Only one day use reservation is required for the vehicle and all occupants.
A reservation is also required for visitors simply driving through the park, as well. However, anyone entering before 6:00am or after 4:00pm will not need a reservation to drive through the park.
No reservation but still want to visit Yosemite? Relax and enjoy the view (not the driving and parking) with a scenic bus ride from Mono County to several Yosemite stops with YARTS. Bus ticket includes reservation and entrance fee.
