The 2020-2021 winter season is here, and while it's a bit different from previous years, fortunately all of our beloved winter activities are still possible with a little creativity -- and hopefully a lot of snow!
New COVID policies and procedures may be in place, so please familiarize yourself with those before you book an activity or head out the door. And please don't forget your mask - they are required in Mono County.

Year-Round Fishing - November 16 through April 23, 2021. Special rules & regulations apply. The regular fishing season begins each year on the last Saturday in April.

Woolly's Tube Park – Projected to open December 10, 2020
Bridgeport Winter Recreation Area - Projected to open the first Saturday of December provided there is a minimum of 24” of snow at the Leavitt Lake Road/Hwy 108 junction. BWRA will remain open through the last Sunday of April but will close when there is less than 12” of snow at the Leavitt Lake Road/Hwy 108 junction. Please call the Bridgeport Ranger Station for more information: 760-932-7070, or visit the Bridgeport Avalanche Center website for conditions and free permits.
