No only is the Eastern
Sierra blessed with ample snowfall, it is also blessed with lots of sunny
days during year round. Thus, if you enjoy cross-country skiing, come
on up to Mono County.
 Cross-country ski trails are found throughout the county. Naturally, you can
venture nearly anywhere you wish. Some of the more well known areas include Twin
Lakes in the Mammoth Lakes Loop, Sherwin Meadows, Lee Vining Canyon, Tioga Pass,
Mono Lake, along Highway 108 and many others.
If you don't have your own gear, you can find outfitters in every community in
the County.
